Free Entry Level Introduction to the Hospitality Industry Course. Work-based training at your workplace. This introduction to the hospitality industry course is for young people aged 16 to 25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) who have an interest in working in hospitality. You learn while working, covering customer service, food preparation, healthy eating, and using kitchen equipment.
