Level 4 Advanced Childcare Practice and Management Course. Work-based training at your workplace. You train in your current childcare role, building the skills to move into management while continuing to work. You'll need a relevant Level 3 qualification and to be working in the childcare sector as a practitioner. An initial assessment of your skills and knowledge helps identify any gaps and shapes your assessment plan. The course typically takes 18 months. You can self-fund or use an Advanced Learner Loan to cover part or all of the cost.
