About this course

Level 3 Principles of Management and Leadership Course. Study online at your own pace. The course takes around 3 months and covers the core skills of managing teams, setting objectives, building stakeholder relationships, and contributing to projects. You study through online modules with one-to-one tutor support. No entry requirements apply. On completing the qualification, you earn Foundation Chartered Manager Status through CMI, a recognised step for those moving into or developing within management roles.

Who this course is for

This qualification is aimed at practising or aspiring managers who supervise or manage a team, or project officer and shift manager to achieve clearly defined outcomes. They will set and monitor goals and objectives by providing instruction, direction and guidance. Day to day operational and project activities are a key part of their role.

Upon completing the Certificate qualification you will be awarded Foundation Chartered Manager Status. Putting aspiring and early-career managers on a guided development pathway to becoming a fully-fledged Chartered Manager.
