Level 3 Nail Technician Course in Leeds. Classes run at The White Rose School of Beauty Leeds, during the day on a flexible timetable. Funding options are available and will be discussed at interview, so fees may or may not apply depending on your circumstances. You'll need a Level 2 qualification in beauty therapy or nail services, or you'll complete a skills test and interview to get onto the course. The nail technician classes cover all the skills and knowledge needed to work professionally in nail services. The course runs for 240 hours in total.
Who this course is for
This qualification is designed for learners aged 16 years and over and will support you to gain employment as a nail technician, as the units contained in the qualification cover all the skills and knowledge required for this role.
Entry requirements
Entry onto this qualification can be via previous attainment of a Level 2 qualification in beauty therapy or nail services and/or a successful skills test and interview. You must be 16 or over to do this course via apprentice routes or 19 or over to complete this course via access to Advanced Learner Loans.

You'll perform manicure and pedicure treatments on clients
You'll assess nail and skin conditions and adapt treatments accordingly

How you will learn
You'll learn through practical, hands-on sessions in a salon environment at The White Rose School of Beauty Leeds, alongside classroom-based theory. Assessment is through observed practical work, where an assessor watches you carry out treatments, and through knowledge-based assessments that test your understanding of nail services, skin conditions, and client care.
