About this course

Level 3 Customer Service Course. Study online. You can work through the course at your own pace, fitting study around your other commitments. It covers current best practice in customer service across sectors including retail, hospitality and catering, and leisure, travel and tourism. The course typically takes 25 days to complete. No prior qualifications are required, though some experience at Level 2 may be helpful.
