The course runs for 44 weeks and covers the practical skills you need to work in hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality settings. You'll study food and beverage service, customer care, and the day-to-day operations of a hospitality environment. This City and Guilds level 2 hospitality qualification is assessed through on-the-job tasks and observations.
