A large A2 portfolio will be useful for this course.
The basic equipment and materials to enable you to achieve the qualification, will be provided for you to use in the sessions. It is possible however, that some learners may wish to purchase additional materials, either because they choose to use expensive materials, or due to the sheer physical scale of their work which may exceed that required by the qualification. You may therefore need to budget for some additional materials. We do recommend that you talk to the tutor about the projects you plan to work on before you purchase any additional equipment or materials.
You will need to wear suitable clothing for practical work, which means closed shoes and clothing that can get messy.
Important:
Please be aware that this course is a generic qualification used to deliver this specific subject. However, it is also used to deliver other subjects and for this reason learners who do more than one arts or crafts course at the same level may not be funded or certificated for the subsequent course(s). Cornwall Adult Education will carry out checks for each application and will contact learners if there is an issue.
