Free Level 3 Sport and Physical Activity Course in Worksop. Classes run full-time at North Notts College, five days a week during the day. The course takes one year to complete. You'll study the science behind sport and physical activity, coaching principles, anatomy and physiology, and how to support people to be more active. It covers the knowledge and practical skills needed to develop a career in sport, fitness, or active leisure. This is a level 3 sport and physical activity qualification awarded by NCFE.
