Free Level 2 Team Leading Course in Northallerton. Classes run at Richmond Adult Learning and Skills Service, part-time during the day, so you can fit study around other commitments. Over six months, you'll build the knowledge and skills that support effective team leadership, covering areas such as communication, managing performance, and motivating others. You'll have an initial assessment to confirm this is the right level for you. This is a free team leading course for adults aged 19 and over.

Entry requirements
To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice,further eligibility may be linked to where you live and your individual income.
