Free Level 2 Payroll Course in Scarborough. Evening payroll classes run at Scarborough Adult Learning and Skills Service, part-time to fit around your working week. The course covers computerised payroll for business, building the knowledge and practical skills employers look for in payroll and accounting roles. Sessions run for 4 hours. You'll earn a VTCT Level 2 payroll qualification that supports your existing role or helps you move into payroll work.

Entry requirements
To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice,further eligibility may be linked to where you live and your individual income.

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based sessions in the evening at Scarborough Adult Learning and Skills Service. Teaching combines practical, hands-on work with computerised payroll software and tutor-led instruction. Assessment is through coursework and practical tasks completed during the course. You'll be assessed on your ability to process payroll accurately and apply relevant rules and legislation.
