Free Level 2 Equality and Diversity Course in Pickering. Evening classes run at Atmosphere Centre for Young People, so you can fit study around work or other commitments. The course runs part-time over 6 months. You'll deepen your understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion, and how these principles apply in everyday working life. This free equality and diversity course for adults is useful across a wide range of roles, from care and education to customer service and HR. You'll finish with a TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Equality and Diversity.

Entry requirements
To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice,further eligibility may be linked to where you live and your individual income.

Classes are delivered face to face at the centre on weekday evenings. You'll work through topics in a group setting, with tutor-led discussion and activities. Assessment is through written assignments and portfolio evidence that you build up over the course. There are no formal exams.

The centre will provide most materials. Atmosphere Centre for Young People will confirm anything else you need before you start.
