Free Level 2 Equality and Diversity Course in Pickering. Classes run at Atmosphere Centre for Young People, part-time during the day. The course runs over 6 months, making it manageable alongside work or other commitments. You'll build a solid understanding of equality and diversity, exploring legislation, protected characteristics, and how these issues play out in everyday life and the workplace. Entry requirements
To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice,further eligibility may be linked to where you live and your individual income.

Assessment is through written assignments or portfolio evidence that demonstrate your understanding of equality and diversity topics. There are no formal exams.
