Level 2 Car Mechanic Course in Warwick. Classes run at Warwick Trident College, full-time across three days a week. Tuition is free if you're under 19 years old or hold an EHCP. If you're 19 or over, fees may apply, though waivers are available based on income or benefits. This one-year car mechanic qualification builds on Level 1 motor vehicle training, taking you deeper into individual vehicle systems. The three-day timetable gives you time alongside your studies to gain work experience in a motor vehicle role. You'll develop both the practical skills and technical knowledge that employers look for.
Who this course is for
This course is designed for students who have already completed the Level 1 Maintenance and repair course and wish to continue their motor vehicle studies on a full time basis, to enhance their skills and knowledge. This course runs on three days a week, in order to provide students with the opportunity to seek appropriate motor vehicle work experience whilst studying at college. During the one year programme, individual vehicle systems are studied in greater detail.
