Free Level 2 Cabin Crew Course in Liverpool. Classes run at The City of Liverpool College - Duke Street, part-time during the day. The course runs over one year, giving you time to fit study around other commitments. You'll cover ten units including aircraft emergency procedures, aviation security, passenger announcements, cabin service and health and safety in aviation. Who this course is for
This exciting course will prepare you for employment in a Cabin Crew role. You will learn, develop and practice the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the aviation sector. The programme contains 10 core units which are: Working as Cabin Crew Aircraft Emergency Situations Dealing With Passengers on Board an Aircraft Cabin Service - Selling Techniques Making Passenger Announcements on Board an Aircraft Health and Safety in Aviation Aviation Security Aviation Communication Customer Service in Aviation Problem Solving in Aviation You will also get involved in lifesaving activities such as firefighting and emergency evacuations, which also includes aviation medical procedures. As part of the course you will visit the training centre at British Airways.
