It covers the core principles of business administration, from communication and record-keeping to working in a team and understanding organisational structures. The course typically takes 16 weeks. You'll come away with a solid grounding in how businesses operate day to day.

This qualification aims to develop learners� knowledge and understanding of the principles and processes of person-centred thinking planning and review. It will also provide learners with knowledge of how to work with individuals to carry out activities specified in their care or support plan and how to thoroughly understand person-centred assessment planning implementation and review.
