Level 1 Culinary Skills Course in Grimsby. Classes run at Grimsby Institute, full-time during the day. If you're 16 to 18 years old, the course may be free. If you're 19 or over, fees may apply. You'll build the practical skills needed to work in a professional kitchen, from knife skills to producing dishes safely and to a consistent standard.
