Entry requirements

This opportunity is offered to a small number of young people who have a genuine interest in hospitality and catering and have developed the confidence to manage in a work place environment. Most young people on this programme will have an EHCP and be working at Entry 3.

Entry is on an assessment basis.

Early application is strongly recommended due to high interest and the small yearly intake.
