Or 19-24 with an Education, Health Care Plan, have evidence that you legally reside in the UK, are you a school leaver who didnt quite get the grades when you left school at or before year 11 or sixth form or college? No matter how well you did prior, we can help you get where you want to be on a CTS Study Programme to help you gain the qualifications & confidence you may need for the future.
What you will learn
You'll work with whole numbers, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
You'll handle money calculations and understand simple budgets.
You'll read and use measurements for length, weight, capacity, and time.
You'll interpret simple charts, tables, and graphs.
You'll solve practical maths problems set in everyday contexts.
You'll check your answers and explain your working.
How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom sessions at CTS Training (Manvers - Rotherham), with flexible attendance during the day. Assessment is through a set task and an externally marked test. Both assess how you apply maths skills to real-life situations. You'll have an initial assessment before you start so the centre can confirm Entry Level 3 is the right level for you and plan your learning from there.
