Or 19-24 with an Education, Health Care Plan, have evidence that you legally reside in the UK, are you a school leaver who didnt quite get the grades when you left school at or before year 11 or sixth form or college? No matter how well you did prior, we can help you get where you want to be on a CTS Study Programme to help you gain the qualifications & confidence you may need for the future.

What you will learn

  • You'll count, order, and compare whole numbers in everyday contexts.
  • You'll add and subtract simple whole numbers.
  • You'll recognise and use basic shapes and measurements.
  • You'll read and interpret simple charts, tables, and data.
  • You'll handle money and work out straightforward change.
  • You'll tell the time and use simple calendars and timetables.

How you will learn

You'll learn through classroom sessions with a tutor at CTS Training (Manvers - Rotherham). Study is flexible and daytime. Assessment for the City and Guilds Functional Skills Qualification in Mathematics (Entry 1) is through a written test. Your tutor will prepare you for the test throughout the course.
