Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements. You'll have a short assessment before you start to see which is the right level of course for you

The course is free if you are: Unemployed or you are employed and earn less than £25,750 annual gross salary

Learners must be aged 19 or over from 1st August of the Academic Year for which they are enrolling

You'll learn in a classroom at Learn Telford, working with a tutor and other learners. Assessment is through written tasks that reflect everyday writing situations. You'll complete these tasks during the course to show what you can do. There are no formal exams to sit at an external centre.
