This is suitable for learners who are working towards a relevant apprenticeship standard. Engineering Operatives are able to understand and apply Health and Safety legislation, read engineering drawings, work efficiently and effectively, and carry out their chosen role to the required company standard. This will vary based on chosen pathway but the units will directly relate to the job role and will require demonstrations of competence in a portfolio of evidence.
Entry requirements
A good level of GCSE grades (3 or above in Maths and English) and an understanding of engineering.
