CMI Level 7 Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Course. Study online at your own pace, fitting learning around your working life. This course is for managers operating at a strategic level who are responsible for developing and implementing coaching and mentoring across their organisation. The level 7 cmi leadership coaching and mentoring qualification sits at the same academic level as a Master's degree. You'll study online, working through written materials at your own pace with support from a personal tutor. Assessment is written and assignment-based, reflecting the CMI Level 7 standard. You submit work online and receive tutor feedback throughout. There are no exams.
