NVQ Level 3 Hairdressing Course. Work-based training at your workplace. You train while working in a salon, building the skills and knowledge hairdressers need at a senior level. The course is based on the National Occupational Standards for Hairdressing. An Advanced Learning Loan is available if you're 19 or over, and fees may apply. You'll need a suitable work placement to start. The course typically takes 16 months. You'll come away with a VTCT NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing, a level 3 nvq hairdressing qualification recognised across the industry.
