The role is to prepare, spray and finish vehicles that have been involved in collisions and other incidents in an efficient manner, this includes ensuring correct colour match and final finish to the company and customers exacting standards. They understand the general principles of spray painting technology, paint composition, paint mixing and the various methods of paint spraying vehicles
Entry requirements
To join you'll need to be seeking or already in employment. You must already have or expect to achieve ?grades C or above in Maths and English. Some employers may require you sit an aptitude test as well as an interview and be capable of ultimately learning higher level skills.
