The Sports Massage course will enable you to gain the essential skills needed to become a sports massage therapist. You will be able to work with your clients to help decrease muscle soreness (which includes aches and pains), aid injury management and rehabilitation thus enhancing sports performance. You will gain a key level of understanding of the anatomy and physiology necessary for effective sports massage thereby meeting the needs of your clients.
