What you will learn

  • You'll learn the principles and practice of reflexology on the feet and hands.
  • You'll study foot mapping and how to apply specific reflexology movements.

How you will learn

You'll attend classroom-based sessions at the centre. Assessment includes four written assignments plus an anatomy and physiology book, two online exams, and three practical assessments. You'll also complete 100 case study treatments across 10 clients. Three additional workshop days are included alongside the four main teaching days.
