Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring Course in Redhill. Classes run at East Surrey College on Tuesday afternoons and evenings, part-time over 12 weeks. You'll need to be working in a role where you coach or mentor others, as the course includes observed practice in your workplace. You'll need a good level of written and spoken English to complete the workbooks and assessments.

Learners should be proficient in the use of the English language. Learners must be occupationally competent in the vocational area in which they are providing coaching and mentoring.

How you will learn
You'll learn through a mix of classroom sessions and workplace practice. Assessment includes written workbooks for units such as Understanding Mentoring, Coaching Skills, and Engaging Others in Learning. You'll also be observed carrying out coaching and mentoring in your own workplace. Both elements must be completed to achieve the Certificate.
