This self-paced online assessor course fits around your work and personal commitments, so you don't need to travel to a centre. The course covers assessing occupational competence in the workplace and assessing vocational skills and knowledge in other settings, such as workshops and classrooms. It typically takes 6 months to complete. This level 3 assessor qualification is open to learners aged 16 and above.
Who this course is for
This qualification is intended for those who assess both occupational competence in the work environment and vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in environments other than the workplace (for example a workshop, classroom or other training environment).

This qualification is designed for learners aged 16 and above There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they’ve already achieved a Level 2 qualification.
