Learners will need a good standard of literacy and numeracy prior to considering this course. You will need a minimum of Level 1 in English to follow the instructions and complete the skills assessments. You'll complete units covering hardware and software, computer networks, collaborative working, digital safety and security, and visual programming. All students receive a CISCO Academy account.
