Fishmongers are responsible for preparing asnd selling fish and shelfish products. You will learn how to cut, prepare, package and present fish and shelfish products to high standards.
Entry requirements
To join you'll need to be seeking or already in employment. You must already have or expect to achieve ?grades C or above in Maths and English. Some employers may require you sit an aptitude test as well as an interview and be capable of ultimately learning higher level skills.
