Level 1 TIG Welding Course in Lancaster. Evening classes run at Lancaster & Morecambe College, part-time over 14 weeks. You'll study TIG welding technique in industry-standard workshops, fitting your learning around work or other commitments. Entry requires four GCSEs at grade D/3 or above, preferably including English or maths, though entry is at the course manager's discretion. You'll have a practical introduction to TIG welding processes, building the foundation for further welding training or a career change into the trade.

Entry requirements

4 GCSEs at grade D/3-G/1 or above preferably including English or maths. Entry criteria will be applied at the discretion of the course manager.

What you will learn
