Level 1 Hairdressing and Barbering Course in Bristol. Classes run at Ashley Down Centre, part-time during the day. You'll need to be working at Entry Level 3 or Level 1 English and be able to communicate with clients. You'll also need a reasonable level of fitness to stand for long periods. This level 1 hairdressing and barbering course covers the basic theory, principles, and practical skills of the industry. It runs over 25 weeks.

If you are interested in the hairdressing industry and would like to know more about it, then this is the first step to develop your knowledge further.--The NVQ Level 1 Certificate in Hairdressing course will focus on developing your knowledge of the basic theory, principles and practical skills required to prepare and enable you to progress to Level 2 in Hairdressing. Once these skills have been gained and assessed the qualification will be awarded by Cityand Guilds and is nationally recognised.
