Level 1 Employment, Teamwork and Community Course in Bristol. Classes run at South Bristol Skills Academy, full-time over 12 weeks. This is a hands-on, practical programme. It covers employment skills, teamwork, and community involvement. You'll gain experience, develop new skills, and work on real challenges alongside others. To join, you call the centre, attend a short meeting with a Team Leader, and they'll talk through whether this is the right course for you at this point.
Who this course is for
The Prince's Trust Team Challenge is different. It's a fun, challenging and positive experience that gives you the chance to prove how good you really are. It's full time, 12 weeks long and helps you to gain experience, learn new skills and build your self-confidence.

What you will learn

How you will learn
Learning is classroom-based and activity-led, with group work and practical challenges at the centre. Assessment is ongoing through participation, project work, and evidence of skills developed during the 12 weeks. Your Team Leader will support you throughout and help you build a record of what you've achieved.

The centre will provide most materials. South Bristol Skills Academy will confirm anything else you need before you start.
