Level 1 Employment, Teamwork and Community Course in Bristol. Classes run at Ashley Down Centre, full-time over 12 weeks. You'll take part in practical challenges, work as part of a team, and build skills that employers look for. The course covers employment skills, community projects, and teamwork in a hands-on, active setting. You can join at almost any time of year. To get started, you call the centre and attend a short meeting with a Team Leader, who will talk through whether this level 1 employment, teamwork and community qualification is right for you at this point. You leave with a Certificate in Employment, Teamwork and Community Skills.
Who this course is for
The Prince's Trust Team Challenge is different. It's a fun, challenging and positive experience that gives you the chance to prove how good you really are. It's full time, 12 weeks long and helps you to gain experience, learn new skills and build your self-confidence.

What you will learn

How you will learn
Learning is hands-on and activity-based. You'll work in a team on challenges, community projects, and group tasks throughout the 12 weeks. Assessment is based on your participation and the skills you demonstrate during the course. There are no written exams. Your Team Leader will support you and track your progress as you go.

The centre will provide most materials. Ashley Down Centre will confirm anything else you need before you start.
