Level 1 Employment, Teamwork and Community Course in Bristol. Classes run at City Bristol College Parkway Centre. This is a full-time, 12-week employment, teamwork and community course with a practical, hands-on focus. You'll develop skills in teamwork, communication, and community involvement alongside real work-related experience. The course starts with a meeting with a Team Leader, who will talk through whether this level 1 employment, teamwork and community qualification is the right fit for you at this point.
Who this course is for
The Prince's Trust Team Challenge is different. It's a fun, challenging and positive experience that gives you the chance to prove how good you really are. It's full time, 12 weeks long and helps you to gain experience, learn new skills and build your self-confidence.

What you will learn
You'll develop teamwork skills through group challenges and activities.
You'll build communication skills for the workplace and community settings.
You'll gain experience of work-related tasks and responsibilities.
You'll learn how to plan and complete a community project.
You'll practise problem-solving as part of a team.
You'll develop self-management skills, including punctuality and reliability.
How you will learn
Learning takes place in the classroom and through practical group activities. You'll work as part of a team on challenges and projects throughout the 12 weeks. Assessment is based on your participation, the work you produce, and evidence gathered during the course. There are no written exams.

The centre will provide most materials. City Bristol College Parkway Centre will confirm anything else you need before you start.
