Free Teaching Assistant Level 2 Course in Scarborough. Evening teaching assistant classes run at Scarborough Adult Learning and Skills Service, so you can fit study around your existing commitments. Over 12 weeks, you'll cover the skills and knowledge needed to support pupils and students in school and college settings. How you will learn
Learning takes place in the classroom across weekly evening sessions. You'll be assessed through written assignments and portfolio-based tasks that draw on your understanding of support work in schools and colleges. There is no formal exam. Assessment is designed to reflect real situations you'd encounter in an educational setting.
