About this course

Free Teaching Assistant Level 2 Course in Pickering. Evening teaching assistant classes run at Atmosphere Centre for Young People, so you can fit study around work or other commitments. Over 12 weeks, you'll cover the skills and knowledge needed to support learning in schools and colleges. You'll have an initial assessment to make sure this is the right level for you. How you will learn

You'll learn through classroom sessions at Atmosphere Centre for Young People. Assessment is based on written assignments and knowledge-based tasks that you complete during the course. There are no formal exams. Your work is assessed against the NCFE qualification standards.
