About this course

Free Level 5 Leaders and Managers Course. Work-based training at your workplace, so you learn while you stay in your role.

The course is aimed at middle managers who lead teams and oversee significant programmes or resources. Over 24 months, you'll develop skills in strategic planning, managing change, and business process design. You'll also build core leadership abilities, including how to inspire colleagues and deliver results. Prior attainment is discussed with you individually when you enrol.

You'll finish with a City and Guilds Diploma for Leaders and Managers at Level 5.

Who this course is for

The Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership is aimed at middle managers with responsibility for substantial programmes and resources. It develops skills in strategic planning, strategic change and business process design alongside core leadership and management abilities such as inspiring colleagues and delivering results.

A trained assessor will visit you at work and review your evidence against the qualification standards throughout the 24 months.
