About this course

Level 3 Management Course. Work-based training at your workplace. It's free for some learners, and fees may apply for others. You train while working in a managerial role, so your learning applies directly to your job.

Over 15 months, you'll develop skills in supervising teams, managing performance, and supporting business goals. The course covers delegation, conflict management, project oversight, and leadership practice. You must be at least 16 years old and already working in a relevant management role.

You'll finish with an NCFE Diploma in Management.
