Free Level 3 Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Course in Burton-on-Trent. Classes run at Burton Town Centre Campus, full-time during the day. Over one year, you'll build the skills to supervise and lead in hospitality settings, covering food service, bar service, food safety, menu design, handling payments, and managing bookings. The course draws on practical, hands-on learning alongside the knowledge needed to run smooth front-of-house operations. Entry requires a minimum of four GCSEs at Grade C or above, or Level 2 Functional Skills equivalents in English and maths, plus a successful interview and initial assessment.
Who this course is for
This course is ideal for those wishing to develop advanced professional cookery and kitchen supervisory skills. You will study units including, supervisory skills in the hospitality Industry, practical gastronomy, advanced craft skills and product development. You will also work within the College’s professional kitchens at a supervisory level.
Entry requirements
Minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (if this does not include English and maths these MUST be studied as part of the Level 3 programme) or Level 2 Functional Skills equivalent in English and maths; successful interview and initial assessment; successful completion of Level 2 programme (progressing learners).
