"The Hive media centre is a dedicated digital production suite incorporating multicamera tapleless HD TV studio and radio production facilities.Its excellent facilities including state-of-the-art HDTV multi-camera studio and gallery, editing suites using professional Adobe software, broadcast quality sound studio, extensive media-based computer software and hardware. The emphasis of the course is practical but you will be expected to produce evidence of thorough planning. From the outset you will be receiving media training and be able to practice your new skills."

Entry requirements

Selection is by an interview. You must demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment and a desire to learn. You will need one of the following: At least 5 GCSE at minimum grade C (one of which must be English or Level 2 Literacy Key Skills), a First Diploma (at Merit grade or higher).
