Free Level 3 GCE AS Level in Art and Design Course in Weymouth. Classes run at Weymouth College, full-time during the day. You'll need at least five GCSEs at Grade 9 to 5, including English, and a portfolio of your own photography work to bring to interview. Who this course is for

The School of Digital and Creative Industries at Weymouth College has purpose-built facilities including a large fully equipped darkroom, photography studio, and a large suite of the latest Apple Macintosh computers. Gallery trips to London and workshops with professional photographers are an integral part of the Course. As part of your programme you may be given the opportunity to work on joint initiatives with dance, drama, music or hairdressing students as well as being involved with community projects; many of our students have had wedding commissions.

Entry requirements

At least 5 GCSEs at Grade 9-5 including English. You must provide a portfolio of your own Photography work at interview.

Assessment is through a combination of coursework, a personal portfolio, and externally set tasks, as required by the WJEC specification for this qualification.
