You study entirely online, so you can fit learning around your work and other commitments. To enrol, you must be aged 19 years old or over as of 31 August 2025, resident in England, and have lived in the EU for the last three years.
Who this course is for
Data protection compliance is an essential legal requirement for all organisations. Since the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force in May 2018, it is more vital than ever that everyone who works with personal data understands the laws and acts in compliance, as the penalties can be severe.
Entry requirements
