Free Level 2 Equality and Diversity Course. Study online, fitting your learning around your existing commitments. The course runs over 35 weeks and covers the legal framework around discrimination, equality legislation, and how organisations promote inclusive practice. It's relevant across a wide range of sectors, from care and education to business and customer service. You must be aged 19 or over as of 31 August 2025, resident in England, and have lived in the EU for the last three years. You cannot be studying on another course at the same time.

How you will learn
You study entirely online, working through course materials at your own pace over 35 weeks. Assessment is through written assignments and knowledge-based tasks completed online. You submit your work digitally, and a tutor reviews it against the qualification requirements. There are no exams to sit in person.
