About this course

Free Level 2 Team Leading Course. Study online. You can start at any time and work through the material at your own pace, making it easy to fit around work or other commitments. Over 16 weeks, you'll cover leadership styles, team dynamics, business structures, performance management, and work-related communication. No formal qualifications are needed to enrol, though you must be 19 or over. An initial assessment takes place before you start, so the course is matched to where you are.

Who this course is for

This qualification will provide you with the knowledge and understanding required to successfully lead a team.

You will develop knowledge around the principles of team leading and the general workings of a business as well as how important it is for a team leader to be able to successfully communicate with a range of stakeholders.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements but you must be aged 19+.

Please note: All students will need to complete an Initial Assessment before being enrolled onto the course.

How you will learn

This is an online course you study in your own time. Assessment is knowledge-based, covering the principles in each unit. You'll complete written assignments or assessments that demonstrate your understanding of team leading, business, communication, and performance management. All study takes place online, so there are no classroom sessions to attend.
