About this course

Free Level 2 Agile Project Management Course. Study online. You set your own schedule, so it fits around work and other commitments. The course covers lean organisation techniques, business improvement methods, and effective teamwork in a workplace setting. You must be 19 or over to apply. An initial assessment takes place before enrolment to make sure this is the right level for you. The course runs for up to 12 weeks, completed at your own pace.

Who this course is for

Recent findings from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) have shown that worker productivity has continued to steadily rise since 1959. However, there is more that businesses can do to maximise this productivity and minimise losses due to lost working days and other types of waste in a business environment.

This course will equip learners with a detailed understanding of the lean management system and how to implement business improvement techniques and employ effective team work in a business.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements but you must be aged 19+.
