About this course

Free Level 2 Team Leading Course. Study online. You can work through the course at your own pace, fitting study around your existing commitments. It covers the core skills of team leadership: giving direction, motivating people, communicating clearly, and managing performance. The course takes around 160 hours to complete. You must be 19 or over at the start of the academic year and have been a resident in the EU for at least three years. You'll have an initial assessment to confirm this is the right level for you.
