About this course

Free Level 2 Equality and Diversity Course. Study online at your own pace, fitting learning around your existing commitments. You need to be aged 19 or over and have lived in the EU for at least three years before the course starts. The course runs for around 180 hours and covers the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion in everyday life and the workplace. It looks at legislation, discrimination, and how to promote fair treatment across different settings. This free equality and diversity course for adults is recognised by NCFE. You'll finish with an NCFE Certificate in Equality and Diversity.

Who this course is for

Offering clear and accurate information, advice, or guidance and knowing what can be shared legally and professionally can greatly improve outcomes for a business. There are some fundamental rules for successful information sharing and ensuring staff are aware of these is key.
