Who this course is for
Our Principles of Team Leading free online course will support you to have a better understanding of being a good leader. Leadership takes many forms, and a good leader can influence. It will provide you with the skills and confidence to lead effectively including some of the common challenges in people management. It gives learners an understanding of principles of team leading, different styles of leadership, enhancing your team’s performance and how to motivate your team.
Entry requirements
Aged 19+ as of 31st August 2024. Lived in the EU for 3 years. Available fully funded. Do not hold the same qualification.

How you will learn
You'll study online, working through course materials at your own pace over 10 weeks. Assessment is based on written assignments and knowledge checks that you complete online. There are no exams to sit in person. You'll submit your work digitally, and your progress will be tracked throughout the course.

CT Skills will confirm anything you need before you start. You'll need access to a device with an internet connection to complete your online study and submit assignments.
