Since the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force in May 2018, it is more vital than ever that everyone who works with personal data understands the laws and acts in compliance, as the penalties can be severe.

Aged 19+ as of 31st August 2024. Lived in the EU for 3 years. Available fully funded. Do not hold the same qualification.

How you will learn
You'll study entirely online, working through course materials at a pace that suits you. Assessment is by written assignments or knowledge-based questions completed online. There are no exams to sit in a centre. You submit your work digitally, and it is marked against the qualification criteria set by NCFE.
